Get your work boots out for Sockburn's 4/5 September Working Weekend!
After a busy summer, we are looking forward to more work in the grounds at Sockburn Hall. We hope that you can join us - fingers crossed for good weather, but come prepared for anything! Join us on site any time from 9.30 am for as long as you feel like on Saturday and/or Sunday.
It will be helpful to know who to expect so please let us know if you hope to make it, by emailing sockburn@gmail.com or calling Sarah on 07933 320242. Refreshments will be provided, and contributions are welcome.
We hope that copies of the second print run of Tapestry of Time: Twelve Centuries at Sockburn will be available by the Working Weekend. If you wish to buy a copy of this, or any other Sockburn book but are not volunteering over the weekend please come around coffee time, 11 am, on Saturday or Sunday.
